I have worked in many different styles of restaurants, from fine dining to casual neighborhood bistro, cooking everything from seasonal influenced Mediterranean to Japanese. When ever possible I cook with seasonal, organic and natural products.
Over the years I have tried to learn as much as I can about all styles of food from around the world instead of specializing in just one cuisine. During my time at a high end catering company in Seattle I was able to put my knowledge to work and learn more. Cooking for high end clients in the Pacific Northwest as well as various celebrities and politicians I was constantly working on changing menus: Japanese, Spanish, French, Vietnamese, Thai, and Italian were just a few on a long list of cooking styles.

I love to travel and am able to meet my clients’ needs wherever they may be in the world or would like to go.
